Courses
The Faculty of Medicine offers a selection of courses organised in English language. Because of the organisational reasons we are only able to organise the courses in english once per year and we are not able to adapt to the needs of the Erasmus+ exchange students.
Students are allowed to select courses from different study years only if there is no collission among them. The clinical practice from our 6th (last) year is reserved to the students of the last academic year. If the student of lower years of study would like to select the clinical practice this is only possible after succefully passing the theoretical part (either at the home university or prior in Ljubljana). Students can not select the specific time period when certain clinical practice will be organised since this is done solely by the international office.
Since we are facing in the last year a constant increase of Erasmus+ incoming students there is the need to limit the number of available places to the Erasmus+ students in some courses: Nervous system, Musculoskeletal system, Mental Diseases, ORL, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Clinical Paediatrics, Methods of Public Health. The places are given on a first come, first serve basis.
